The Women’s A team is a high performing, competitive and committed group of ultimate frisbee players at McGill. We hold two formal practices and a team workout and scrimmage once a week to prepare for competition at our qualifying tournaments. We travel on weekends throughout September and October to CQUUC I and II in Quebec and CEUUCs in Ontario to qualify for CUUCs in mid-October.

Women’s A competes every year to win and have consistently placed in the top 8 of Canada’s universities. In the spring, we compete in the USA Ultimate College Series, where we cross the border for various tournaments, including Sectionals, with the hope of qualifying for USAU Nationals. 

In 2025, we secured our place as the top women’s team in Quebec by placing first at CQUUC II, cementing our spot in division 1 at CUUCs. In 2026, we attended USAU Regionals for the first time in program history which highlighted the team’s growth and established us as a serious competitor.
